First Class lounge
LNER's lounge offers seating, complimentary hot and cold drinks, light snacks, Wi-Fi, charging points, toilets and timetable screens. Eligible First Class ticket holders can use it before travelling.
LNER currently limits access to two hours before departure, or one hour during its Monday and Friday 15:00–19:00 peak period.
